Kimberley F. Wallace, Esq. is a founding partner of Wallace Turner Law, licensed in the State of New York and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. She is head of the Real Estate department and handles all aspects of Residential and Commercial Transactions. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation from motion practice through trial. Kimberley has litigated violations, misdemeanors, and felonies, and has been successful at securing the best possible outcomes for her clients by acquiring dismissals for her clients and favorable trial verdicts.
In addition to receiving awards such as Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40, the Pro Bono Distinguished Service Award, and The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Kimberley also serves as a Committee Member for the Third Judicial District’s Committee on Character and Fitness and Assistant Secretary on the Committee for the Judiciary for the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.
She also engages with community organizations, serving on the Focused Investment Review Committee, United Way of the Greater Capital Region, the 4th Family Inc., Board of Directors (2018-present), and works with the Legal Project Domestic Violence, Pro Bono.
